"Because of the oppression of the poor, and the groaning of the needy, I will rise up now, saith the LORD; and I will make safe him who sighs for this." 

Psalm 12:5 

THOUGHT: This is our wonderful God, who attends to those who are oppressed and in need. Perhaps your greatest oppression and greatest need at the moment is spiritual, or perhaps you are even in need of something material or even a financial providence. I don't know what your need is, but the Lord does, and surely He will rise up to work a miracle in your life, and get you to a safe place.

Prayer: Dear Father, thank you that with each passing day I see how you are concerned about our current situation. We believe in His promises, the Lord always supports us and gets up and puts me in a safe place. Thank you for your love and care. I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
