LIKE THE CLAY IN THE POTTER'S HANDS, SO ARE YOU IN MY HANDS!

DAILY DEVOTIONAL 

Can I not do with you as this potter did, O house of Israel? saith the LORD. Behold, like the clay in the potter's hand, so are you in my hand, O house of Israel." 

Jeremiah 18:6

Thought: It is in the potter's house that the vase is molded, and the church is the potter's house, so whatever happens, don't leave the church. We are the Lord's workmanship, and every day He molds us to be according to His heart's desire, according to the way He planned for us to be. When we surrender ourselves totally into God's hands, he makes another vessel, a new vessel as he sees fit. We will no longer be the same. We have to forget the past and move towards the future confident in the great mercy of the Lord.

Prayer: Dear Father, make me a new vessel every day, because I want to be molded by Your hands every day, so that the Lord may pour out living water and make the power of the Holy Spirit overflow in our lives. Help us to sanctify our lives day after day and not letting ourselves be contaminated by the things of this world. I pray in Jesus name. Amen.
