But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.

Isaiah 53:5

- More than words, Jesus gave himself for us on the cross: he suffered, was humiliated and died in our place. He took upon himself our pains and transgressions! - The apparent defeat - with death

- became a great victory. On the third day, Jesus Christ rose from the dead! Death could no longer contain him, the devil lost and so we were freed from the slavery of sin. - Being aware of this victory makes us more than winners. Recognizing Christ as our Savior allows us to walk a new story: a path of faith and eternal life with Him!

- The punishment He endured was for you, yes, He endured everything for you! Enjoy the peace that Christ has given you, cherish His sacrifice on the cross. Remember that the peace that Christ offers, no one can give.

The peace of Crist

- Read the Gospel of John and know how much Christ loves you and has done everything for you.

- Talk to him. Jesus wants to hear your voice, He is always with you!

- Be an imitator of Christ. Following in his footsteps brings us peace and leads us to victory!

To Pray: Jesus, Your sacrifice was not in vain! Thank you so much for laying down your life for me. Being aware of your love we are grateful for everything you have done for us. Thank you so much, for saving me and loving me so much! Amen.
