DAILY DEVOTIONAL

For there is hope for the tree, which, if cut down, will yet be renewed, and its shoots will not cease.'

Job 14:7

THOUGHT: Adverse situations come like a headwind in our lives, often making us lose hope, and even disbelieve in the Lord's promises, but if we are firmly rooted in the word of God, we will go through the storms! We can lose the leaves, branches, and even the trunk, but the secret is in the root. Where are we rooted? If our roots are in the Lord, then THERE IS HOPE FOR US.

PRAYER: Dear Father, that we may be like trees planted by streams of water, that we may be rooted in You and in your word, that we are not only listeners but also doers of your truth, help us to trust in You when the winds they look like they're going to bring us down. Lord our hope is in You, we pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, author and finisher of our faith! BELIEVE MY BROTHERS, in Jesus' name. Amen!
