"For every creature of God is good, and there is nothing to reject, being received with thanksgiving. Because by the word of God and by prayer it is sanctified.' 

1 Timothy 4:4-5 

THOUGHT: Everything God does is good, because evil cannot be found in him. However, we were contaminated by evil due to original sin, so we must seek sanctification, not only as an option for the Christian life, but because this is God's will for his children.

PRAYER: Dear Father, help me in this constant quest for sanctification. I want to live separate from all defilement of evil, free from all sin, and always vigilant so as not to fall into the enemy's traps. I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
