"And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God, of those who are called according to his purpose."

 Romans 8:28

THOUGHT: What is interesting about this verse is that it says "all things", not just "some things". That is, even the difficulties we face, and we often do not understand why, they also cooperate together for our good. That is why we must give thanks to God not only in victories, but also in adversity, not because God rejoices in our struggles, but because this is how our character is refined, similar to the gold that is placed in the fire to remove its impurities.

Prayer: God help me to give thanks not only in victories, but also in the midst of problems, so that my soul will not be dejected, nor my heart sad. May I always remember that the greatest joy of all is the joy of salvation, won at a high price through Jesus on the cross. May I see in the day-to-day tribulations where the Lord wants me to be made perfect. Amen.
