CHILDREN OF GOD!

DAILY DEVOTIONAL 

"Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called children of God; and indeed we are children of God. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Himself."

(1 John 3:1)

Thought: What a privilege it is to be able to be called a son of God!!! How wonderful to think that God puts us on an equal footing with Christ, who is the firstborn son of God. We were called to be one body with Christ Jesus, and in heaven we will all be one family, filled with the inexplicable love of God. And above all, we are heirs of all things that God created. 

Prayer: Dear Father, thank you for your love revealed in this word, how wonderful it is to be able to be called your son. Thank you also because it was the Lord who chose me and invited me to be part of this great family. Thank you for sending Jesus Christ to save me and deliver me from all sin, so that I can live with you in heaven forever and ever. I pray in Jesus name. Amen.
