COME TO ME !

DAILY DEVOTIONAL

Come to me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your soul. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Matthew 11:28-30 

Thought: 'The context of the story' is very hard, because the people were under the yoke of Rome, and Rome was cruel, high taxes were levied and the people went through many difficulties. Today you are not under the yoke of rome, but you are also going through difficulty, just like back then, today Jesus is also saying come to me. He still says that my yoke is easy and my burden is light. hand your problem to Jesus today, what you need to do, go to him. if you haven't had an encounter with Jesus yet, this is the opportunity.
