DON'T FEAR, BECAUSE I'M WITH YOU!

DAILY DEVOTIONAL 

Fear not, because I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I strengthen you, and help you, and uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

Isaiah 41:10 

Thought: Whenever we lose control of a situation, or when we need to make an important decision, or when faced with a problem that in our eyes seems to be impossible, fear takes over our lives!!! Fear is a reality, it is part of our human limitation, so if we try to let go of fear it may not be an easy task, but we can learn to live with it. Courage is not the absence of fear, but mastery over it. We often forget that the Lord our God is greater than all these things, and He helps us, sustains us, and strengthens us!!! So do not fear, put your hope in God, have courage, He never fails, and His love poured out on us all, will bring victory, and will give us peace. 

Prayer: Dear Father, forgive my lack of faith, which often makes me fearful, forgive me for forgetting that You are the Almighty, who is above all things, is the creator of all, and everything is under Yours foot. I want to deliver to the Lord all the important decisions, my ways, so that the Lord can guide my steps!!! I surrender all the anxiety that has taken over my life, because of situations that seem to be beyond my strength, out of control, I surrender the fear because of bigger situations that I don't seem to be able to handle. Thank You that I know You will sustain me in all these circumstances, Thank You that You are my strength and my righteousness. I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
