DAILY DEVOTIONAL

"There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your vocation; One Lord, one faith, one baptism; One God and Father of all, who is over all, and all and in all of you. "

Ephesians 4: 4-6

Thought: Paul, in writing this text, the Church in Ephesus, wanted to convey the message of the gospel that there would be no more distinction between Jews and Gentiles, because Christ died for EVERYone who confessed Him as Lord and Savior, regardless of their denomination. There is a great mistake in people even today, but the body is one, the church is one, the point is that the church is not about temples, denomination, doctrine, etc ... but Christ refers to if the church as His body, and everyone who believes, is baptized and remains faithful to Christ until death, it belongs to the church of Jesus and will be saved.

Prayer: Lord God thank you because the Lord called me to be part of this body, gave me understanding, and showed that the temple and the denomination I attend is just a place to gather the members of the body, the church, and a place to receive spiritual food and praise the Lord. And I am also grateful that this denomination that I frequent has never positioned itself as the only and saving Church, because if I had done so I would consider it heretic, because it would be putting itself in the place of Christ who is the only Lord and Savior. Thank you Father. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
