" Upon receiving the news, Jesus said: This disease is not for death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified by it." 

John 11:4 

THOUGHT: Let's not forget that on the cross, Jesus also assured us of divine healing, in addition to the salvation of soul and spirit, "He took our pains and infirmities upon Himself, the chastisement brought us peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we were healed "(Is 53.4.5). Jesus stayed two more days where he was, in verse 14 He says: "Lazarus is dead", then only later left Jerusalem for Bethany, when he arrived there, there were already four days that Lazarus was in the grave. It seemed that there was no more solution, death arrived, presented itself as the end of the line for human beings, Martha and Mary were already being consoled by many Jews. When she heard that Jesus was approaching, Martha went to meet Him and said: (v 21.21) "If you had been here, my brother would not have died...but now I also know, that whatever you ask of God, God will grant you. .." Jesus soon replied (v 23) "your brother shall rise again", she could not believe, that at that moment Jesus spoke of a literal resurrection, at that moment, for she claimed that she knew of the resurrection of the last day. Jesus had to reply: (v25) "I am the resurrection and the life". Then Mary threw herself at the feet of Jesus and said: (v32) "if you were here, my brother would not have died", Jesus came to cry, those around him questioned if He could not prevent Lazarus from dying, since he had healed others. But Jesus went to the tomb, in a cave with a stone placed on it, and said: "Take away the stone", Martha hesitates, and questions, because it smelled bad, the deceased was already four days old. Jesus replied: "Have I not told you that, IF YOU BELIEVE, YOU WILL SEE THE GLORY OF GOD? They took away the great stone, Jesus glorifies the Father, and cried with a loud voice: "Lazarus, come out!", the deceased came out, hands and feet linked by stripes, his face wrapped in a handkerchief, Jesus ordered him to untie it and go free. TAKE THE STONE TODAY IN THAT THAT BINDERS YOU AND SEE THE GLORY OF GOD OVER YOUR LIFE .
