The LORD is good, he is strength in the day of trouble, and he knows those who take refuge in him.' 

Nahum 1:7 

Thought: God is good, He is good, there is no evil in the Lord, and everything He does is also good. He created us and that's why he knows us, we are the result of God's perfect plan, but that does not exempt us from the adversities of this life, the difference is that we are not alone, God is with us and delivers us from anguish, tribulation, in short he deliver us from all evil, so we must take refuge in him. For you are our stronghold.
