WHERE I AM, BE YOU ALSO!

DAILY DEVOTIONAL 

"Do not let your hearts be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house there are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I will prepare a place for you. And when I go, and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and I will take you to myself, so that where I am you may also be. " John 14: 1-3 

THOUGHT: He's coming back! Just as the world is so fond of remembering Jesus' first coming during Christmas, we need to remind them that his second coming will be even greater than the first. We want to be ready - lives dedicated to your glory and hearts filled with anticipation of your coming. 

Prayer: Loving God, I know that Jesus will come again. May I be found faithful and alert when he returns. Thank you for sending you for the first time to live in my world and take away my sin. I am even more grateful for this second coming, to take me to live in your world, and to participate in your victory over sin. In the name of Jesus my Lord I pray. Amen.
